It is created automatically and stays public. As you add movies, it appears in the catalog, collects likes, and joins community rankings.

Swipe mode works inside the selected tier list. Right adds to the ranking, up goes to Watchlist, left skips, down hides. Filters and hidden movies stay separate per list.
